RESERVATION
To reserve a spot please submit your travel request by April 1. This form must be completed for each individual traveler in your party.
This form is used to express your interest, and to help us get a rough count of participants. You will confirm your commitment by filling out the Participation Agreement at a later date.

OFFICIAL PARTICIPATION AGREEMENT
All travelers are required to submit their official participation agreement by May 1. An agreement must be completed for each individual traveler in your party.
First Year members who join after May 1 may still participate. Fill out both the reservation form and participation agreement to claim your spot.

PAYMENTS
BMB makes installment payments to the hotel/cruise lines/etc. automatically each month based on the number of travelers on our roster, so we need to make sure our university account in good standing. See the calendar below for information on amounts owed.
STUDENTS
You will pay the University directly via our new invoicing system, Workday. Details on how this will work will be released soon.
GUESTS
BMB members may invite guests (parents, alumni, etc.) on the trip at a cost comparable to the student cost, and paid directly to our travel partner Music Festivals & Tours, not UWEC.
We will get you connected with our travel partner Music Festivals & Tours, who will set you up with a payment account and arrange your travel to align with the BMB itinerary. DO NOT pay the University.

Hotel rooms will all be double occupancy, cruise occupancy is the traveler’s choice. Prices below include flights/hotel.
Note that these are ESTIMATES — we are not able to run quotes for flights until late February, so the official trip cost is not yet finalized.
A baseline of $4,000 is the starting point, but could increase or decrease.

PAY CALENDAR
First Year members of the band will catch up on payments when you sign the Participation Agreement.
For example, if you join the BMB on July 14, you would owe the band $1,800 ASAP, and then would follow the payment calendar.

TRIP INSURANCE
This is different from included CISI Insurance for Students
(Optional - any traveler)
You are highly encouraged to insure your trip to protect against unplanned cancelations or trip interruption. You can obtain travel insurance on your own or you can buy it through the company that provides our cruise arrangements. That information will be provided once payments begin in August.
All students will have the university-required insurance policy through CISI. This provides basic coverage in the event of an accident but it does not provide a refund if you have to cancel your trip.
