“The Blugold Marching Band was a tremendous part of my decision to attend UW-Eau Claire. The people I met in the BMB are among some of my first and best friends from college. The band gave me an opportunity to perform in some wild stadiums and in front of even wilder crowds! I'm very appreciative of all of the opportunities I gained from the marching band as both a leader and a performer. As a current high school band director, I'm filled with pride every time my own students see the band and become obsessed with joining it themselves. What an honor to share a past with an organization loved by so many. I will always treasure my time with the Blugold Marching Band!”
