"My experience in the BMB is invaluable to me. From the moment I witnessed a performance at one of my high school marching band competitions, I felt as though the band was calling me. From going on two incredible international trips (on one of which I met my future wife), to having the most fun dancing and blowing hard with my closest friends in the trumpet section, to developing a deeper love for music from the amazing people and mentors of the band, joining the BMB was the decision that defined my character and who I have grown to become today. Thank you, Blugold Marching Band. Legendary things happen in this band, and I am so proud to be Blugold."
